Sculpt Screenshots

Although it’s been a few days since I finished the sculpt I haven’t got around to post about it until now. I think it went fairly well, I feel like I’m beginning to get used to the program and different techniques within it. There are still some areas where I had problems, but I at least know how to avoid (or minimize) them for future projects.

Well, without further ado, here are some screenshots of the sculpted high poly character.

Nice progress, I can see the well prepared basemesh paid off!

Nice work on the details. I look forward to see the end result.

    Well done so far!

Thanks dudes! Glad you like it.

@Micke: Yeah for the most part the basemeshes worked well, I did have to go back and tweak a couple of things, for instance adding a “bottom” to the doublet (jacket), due to the way zbrush treats border edges (a pain to work with!). There is also the area of the breeches (trousers) below the knee where I should have added those slashes in the cloth already in my basemesh, as I got some pretty awkward stretched polys there.
