   Project plan:
   - The name of the project does not match the name of the blog
   - The project needs measurable goals and results , we should be able to see what is to be delivered
   - Assumptions – no heading!?
   - The short film and every other part of the production must be included in the document list and should also be in the list of phases as outputs
   - There are no references

   Time plan/project plan:
   - Phases in the project plan must match the phases in time plan – adjust it, correct the grouping

   MS1 result document:
   - It is OK for this time, but the visible result is not corresponding to 12.5 weeks of work

   MS1 passed - update the issues this week

   Hello guys,

   My name is Dayne, I’m co-head of 3d at Double Negative. I’m very interested in mentoring this project if you don’t have a mentor already.

   I think Hakan is right. You need to establish some very clear delivery dates for different parts of the project, especially given the tight project deadline. 12 weeks of work isn’t as long as it might seem!

   Anyway, it looks very interesting.

   Thank you for your interest in our project, of course we would like to have you as a mentor. Any comment on our work is very much welcome.

   About the delivery dates, we’ll take a second look at the timeplan and refine it and establish more specific dates for different parts of the project.
