Log: Documentation Update

We updated the timeplan with some deadlines and tables for the different phases of the projcet and refined the planning of production a bit. Also added a props list with dates for delivery of specific models and animations (this document in not yet fully completed).
And we made some changes in the project plan after feedback from MS1, added references and corrected some other things.

I’m glad you’ve got the division of responsibilities clear. This is very critical, and can make or break a project (even major companies get this wrong from time to time).

Good to see that you have a more detailed planning. It will help a lot to see if the project is on track.
