As it is my responsibility for the documentation, and in the role of producer for this project, I’ve made some changes and new documents.
After a meeting yesterday with Michal we added some scenes from the storyboard, which were on his wishlist. Changed scene numbers and names in the scene descriptions document.
I also made a Cross script to organize for the merging of all our work, for the rendering and final parts of the project. What’s needed for every scene and what can we do with the material we have got?
The work with the cross script isn’t finished yet.
This helps to complete the priority list, which I now have added my part of. I’ve also changed the group responsibilty part with the scenes mentioned earlier, and some small changes in the layout. :D
The next step is to plan the shooting of the live footage, which is running late due to problem with the camera. I’ve made most of the plans but will complete this so nothing is missed during the recording. And also have some meetings to get tips for the recording, for a good material to track for example.
That’s what I’ve done lately, much to organize so that we will get it all together, and that everybody knows what to do and what the others are doing.
